Greetings and salutations from The Paleo Penguin! I am just a girl, trying to eat healthy and enjoy food despite my food allergies. I am allergic to eggs, beans, most nuts, wheat, gluten, dairy and mustard. If you are looking for recipes containing those foods, you won’t find them here.
