Greetings and salutations from The Paleo Penguin!

For the most part, I stick to a paleo diet as gluten, wheat and dairy doesn’t play nice with my stomach. Up until late last year, I had a lot of food allergies: eggs, beans, most nuts, wheat, gluten, dairy and mustard.

I have avoided cooking with these ingredients for years and I am slowly reintroducing them into my diet.

On January 1, 2021 I started something I have never done before. I purchased the Weight Watchers App.

A month into the program now, I am amazed at how successful I have been. It really works. Before I used to post recipes based on my allergies, now I am going to shift gears and post paleo recipes that fall within the Weight Watchers point system.

I am going to stick to my previous theme and review products as well. Nothing annoys me more than spending a lot of money on something and it tastes bad.

Pull up a chair, stay a while and enjoy.
